Low Temperature
Abtest Limited facilities offer a range of applications for low temperature  testing.  Chamber size: 0.4m x 0.5m x 0.7m.
Minimum achievable  temperature: -80 °C.

Dry Heat
Dry Heat environment testing is provided by 14 chambers.  A number of chambers are dedicated to Long Term endurance testing.
Maximum achievable temperature: +300 ºC

High Humidity
Steady state and cyclic Humidity testing can be undertaken at a range of temperatures with up to 100% relative humidity.
Steady state: Humidity: 10 to 98% rh, Temp:+10 to +100 ºC, Chamber size: 0.8m x 0.8m x 0.5m.   
Cyclic:  Humidity: 10  to 98% rh, Temp: -25 to +100 ºC, Chamber size: 0.5m x 0.5m x 0.5m.

Mould Growth
Chamber size: 0.4m x 0.4m x 0.4m.
To the requirements of BS 2011 Test J and those of many commercial specifications.
 
Sand and Dust
Chamber size:  0.9m x 0.9m x 0.9m.
Equipment facilities for sand and dust testing to various specifications are available.

Water
Drip, Spray, Splash & Rain.
Plan area: 0.45m x 0.30m x 0.15m
Immersion Tank size: 0.16m deep x 0.19m diameter

Combustion or direct injection of Sulphur Dioxide and direct injection of Hydrogen Sulphide.

Fluids
A wide range of solvents and fluids are held in stock and can be formulated to customers requirements using grade chemicals as necessary.

Salt and Acid Corrosion
In addition to the more common requirements of salt spray, fog and mist tests called up by BS, MIL and other international specifications, the Test House can carry out many other versions of these tests. These include the Kesternich test  (DIN 50018) and the capability to automatically inject sulphur dioxide  gas into the chamber at predetermined intervals and levels.
